Local storage is a browser storage mechanism rather than a cookie. You can remove it using your browser's website data settings. Doing so may cause the notice to appear again.
Optional services
No Google Analytics identifier is configured at launch. If optional analytics is introduced, this notice and the choices offered must be updated before it runs.
